My Quality of Life improved by 700% over the last few years. These improvements include but are not limited to my Decision making, Behaviors, Associations, Health Awareness, Professional and Personal Relationships, Family, Spirituality, Money Management, Emotional Intelligence and Physical Appearance.
My greatest Sin was NOT KNOWING THAT I DIDNT KNOW. I’ve learned the people that KNOW.. Read, Researched and Acted according. Whereas, myself and the rest of us that don’t know.. choose to seek advice and solutions from our peers and other people that don’t know. In worst case scenarios, we choose to learn from experience – but our actions show we haven’t actually learned anything. We continuously performed the same dysfunctional actions, then wondered why life remained the same or became worst.
Luckily we know better now..

I read a lot, usually 12 books a year, plus whatever I\’m reading for work. My goal this year is 36. Typically I mix the genres, my brain can only take so much of influential books in one year, but I do understand the immersion approach. Your list is impressive. I spend daily time reading scripture and mediating. This \”being still\” time sets my mental approach to my day. I too have dealt with some tough things over the years, this has helped take my perspective off me.
That\’s an awesome goal. I completely understand.. I would love to see your list of top 15 books. Personal recommendations are extremely valuable to me.
